Drop in to Woodbourne Library (either the Community Room or the Creativity Space) every Monday night until October 28th for a half-hour meditation session to help you de-stress, unwind, and rejuvenate. These sessions are a refresher of the Heartfulness Meditation classes. A new session of the five-week instruction class will begin in February 2020. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing, but no mats are needed. Nor registration is necessary.
